ORAL JUDGMENT

The appellant's counsel has filed a memo for withdrawal of the appeal, in which it is stated as under:

"The petitioner above named respectfully prays this Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka that in the petition some typographical error which are submitted by the petitioner at the time of filing of the petition, now the petitioner is withdrawing the petition and filing fresh petition in the above case, in the interest of justice and equity."

In view of the submission, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh appeal as per law.
