ORAL ORDER
1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 4.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari, thereby quashing the notices dated 18.10.2025 bearing Notice No. GENOJA/RRN/46A&80A/43/25-26 and Notice No. GENOJA/RRN/46A&80A/50/25-26 issued by the Respondent No.3 to the Petitioner as per Annexures-A & B; and b) Issue any other appropriate writ or order or direction that be deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in the interest of justice and equity.
3. What is being challenged is a show cause notice which has been issued under Section 46-A of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 and Section 80-A of the Registration Act, 1908.
4. The petitioner can always reply to the show cause notice placing on record the say of the petitioner which would be required to be considered by respondent No. 3 before passing any order.
5. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to reply to the same by extending the time by a further period of one week from today, the petition stands disposed of.
