This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.06.2022 passed in W.P. No.9814/2022, wherein this Court has directed respondent No.2 therein to get the report as directed under Annexure- J dated 04.10.2019 and take appropriate action as directed under Annexure-A vide order dated 19.02.2021, within four months.

2. Accused No.1 has filed an affidavit dated

29.03.2023. The said affidavit is accompanied with the documents including the endorsement issued to the petitioner/complainant dated 01.03.2023.

3. We have perused the affidavit and the documents.

The affidavit indicates that the direction of the learned Single Judge has been complied and an endorsement has been issued to the complainant.

4. We are of the view that there is substantial compliance of the direction issued by this Court.

5. In view of the same, contempt proceedings are dropped. Notice issued to the accused/respondents shall stand discharged.
