The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.1 to implement the order bearing £ÀA.vÁ¥ÀAªÀÄA:vÁ.¥ÀA.ªÉÄÃ-14:17-18JAf: dated 19.06.2019 passed by the Taluk Panchayath and issue a door number and also issue a No-objection Certificate to obtain an electricity connection to the building constructed in survey No.129/3D2B (P) measuring 13 cents of Bajpe Village and property bearing survey No.145/15A measuring 10 cents of Permude Village of Mangalore Taluk.
2. When this petition was taken up for final disposal, it was brought to the notice of the Court that the order passed by the Taluk Panchayath, is set aside by the Zilla Panchayath and the same is challenged in WP No.8819/2020.
3. In that view of the matter, this writ petition has spent in itself and has become infructuous. Accordingly, W.P.No.30130/2019 is dismissed as having become infructuous Sd/-
