ORAL ORDER

In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:

(i) “ISSUE a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction quashing the memorandum 26.05.2025 in dated No.Le.Pa-04/Kha.Sha. Ma.Navi/17/2024-25/330 issued by the Deputy Director (Admn.) School Education Department, Beerasandra village, Kundana Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Room No. 126, District Administration Bhavan, Bengaluru Rural District a copy of which is produced at Annexure-U and direct the respondents not to disturb the teaching in the petitioner school of state syllabus in English Medium for the academic year 2025-26 to meet the ends of justice.

(ii) ISSUE, a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 04.06.2025 and dated; 22.07.2025, copies of which are produced at Annexures-T & V respectively, accord permission to teach State Syllabus in English Medium separately and till then not to obstruct the petitioner teaching State Syllabus for the academic year 2025-26 to meet the ends of justice.

(iii) ISSUE any other writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. A perusal of the material on record would indicate that vide Annexure-H dated 11.02.2022, the recognition of the petitioner – institution for SSLC board was renewed upto the academic year 2025-2026.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner’s counsel submits that despite having granted / renewed recognition in favour of the petitioner upto the academic year 2025-26, the respondent No.3 proceeded to pass the impugned order cancelling the recognition of the petitioner for the academic year 2025-2026 on the ground that the petitioner had suppressed the fact that it had obtained affiliation to ICSE, by relying
