ORAL ORDER

1. The endorsement dated 08.08.2022 at Annexure – N, is passed by the Tahsildar.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that as against the endorsement at Annexure – N, the petitioner is required to file an appeal under Section 49(a) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 before the competent authority.

3. Taking note that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, unless the endorsement is set aside. It is appropriate for the petitioner to challenge the endorsement before the 1st Appellate Authority in terms of Section 49(a) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off.

All contentions are kept open.
