THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT NO.2 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION LETTER (ANNEXURE-A) DATED 25/04/2025 SENT BY THE PETITIONERS AND ETC.

ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioners are before this Court, seeking the following reliefs:

"i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation letter (ANNEXURE-A) dated 25/04/2025 sent by the petitioners;

ii) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash Annexure-F and Annexure-G published and issued by the respondent No.4 in the Kaveri online services portal bearing URL kaveri.karnataka.gov.in/dashboard, refusing to register the Deed of Declaration along with the Bye-laws filed by the petitioners vide application bearing application No.PRP-27032025-

12141300 dated 27/03/2025.

iii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 The Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps to direct the respondent No.4 Sub-Registrar to register the Deed of Declaration annexed with the Bye-laws submitted under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 for forming an Association in the "Casa Grande Lorenza" Apartment Complex for its maintenance and management (Annexure -A)".

2. Memo dated 25.11.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, which reads as under:

"The Counsel for the Petitioners humbly submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous as the Deed of Declaration of the Apartment Complex, namely Casa Grande Lorenza, has now been registered under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, before the Jurisdictional Sub-Registrar Office on 24.11.2025.

WHEREFORE, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take this memo on record as the matter has become infructuous, in the interest of justice."
