ORAL ORDER

1. Notice to respondents No.2 to 4 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed.

2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ of certiorari and quash and set aside the impugned election notifications bearing No./other/CR/946/2025-26 dated 01.08.2025 which was published on 25.08.2025 in the newspapers marked as Annexure-L issued by R4;

b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct elections only after strict adherence to the bye-laws, the Indian Red Cross Society Act 1920, and due process, with adequate notice, complete member rolls, and member participation.

c. Issue any other writ, order or direction and such other and further relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice.

3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that elections were held on 14.09.2025 and the results have been declared. If that be so, it would be for the petitioner to avail the remedies available in law to challenge the elections, if so permitted.
