ORAL ORDER

In these petitions, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:-

In W.P.No.27031/2024

(i) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to include the name of the 1^st petitioner society in the eligible voters list vide Annexure-Z.

(ii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to issue delegation form and permit the 1^st petitioner to contest and vote in the election scheduled on 10.11.2024 to the board of directors of the 7^th respondent Union.

(ii)(a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the undated endorsement issued by the 7^th respondent vide Annexure-AA.

In W.P.No.29533/2024

(i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the undated and unnumbered endorsement vide Annexure-E, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11, E12 and E13 issued by the 7^th respondent.

(ii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to include the name of the petitioners society in the eligible voters list vide Annexure-D.

(iii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to issue delegation form and permit the petitioners to cast their vote in
