ORAL ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following prayers:

a. Issue a writ of certiorari, by quashing the impugned order passed by the 2^nd respondent- Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District, in case No. LND RA No.02/2010-11 dated 1-1-2019 vide Annexure-A and the impugned order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapur Sub-Division, Bangalore in case No. RUC(A)64/2005-06 dated 23-1-2010 vide Annexure-B; and b. To issue a writ of mandamus by directing the 4^th respondent-Secretary/Tahsildhar- Committee for Regularization of Un-authorized Occupation, Hoskote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District to place the application filed by the Petitioner in Form No.53 before the Regularization committee for Regularization of Un-authorized Occupation for passing appropriate orders; and c. To pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fir in the circumstances of the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice and equity.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, she and her husband Nagaraj have been in cultivation and occupation of 2 acres of land in Sy.No.49 situated at Mugabala village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District as unauthorized cultivators of the said Government land. After demise of her husband, the petitioner and her children have continued the cultivation of said land. In view of the amendment of Chapter-XIII (A) of the Land Revenue Act for regularization of unauthorized occupation of land, she filed an application in Form No.53 for regularization of the said land under cultivation on 16.04.1999. The Tahsildar/Secretary of respondent No.4-Committee issued an endorsement dated 16.04.1999 stating that the petitioner's application has been received. Subsequently, respondent No.4-Committee has conducted a spot inspection as per provisions of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and drew mahazars and identified cultivation of the petitioner's portion of land in Sy.No.49 in respe
