a. To appoint Hon’ble Justice (Retd) N. Kumar, retired judge, High Court of Karnataka, as Sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes raised by the petitioners against the Respondents, in terms of the Lease Deed dated 29.12.2017 at Annexure-A.

b. Cost of this proceedings.

c. Such other relief’s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.
