ORAL JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellants files memo in each appeal seeking to withdraw the present appeals as the valuation of the appeals do not exceed Rs.10,00,000/-.
2. The memo reads as under:
“In the above appeal, the Appellants/Plaintiffs prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly permit them to withdraw the above appeal, as their share does not exceeds more 10 lakhs and mistakenly filed the above appeal before this Hon’ble Court. Wherefore, this Hon’ble Court may kindly permit the Appellants/Plaintiffs to withdraw the above appeal with a liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate Court and also kindly direct the Court to consider the delay occurred during the pendency of this appeal is filed to secure the ends of justice and equity.”
3. In view of the memo, the present appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate Court.
4. Liberty is reserved to the appellants to approach the appropriate forum and to seek exclusion of time under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in accordance with law.
5. Registry to return back the certified copies to the appellants.
