Heard Sri. Hegde Laxmi Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri. Dinesh Kumar Rao K., learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2. In this writ petition the petitioner is assailing the impugned order dated 07.10.2023 passed by the respondent No.2 (Annexure-F) to the writ petition. The matter is pertaining to the appointment of the Government Pleaders to the District Court by the respondent No.1 - State of Karnataka.
3. Taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Mohan J. Vs. The State of Karnataka and Others in WP.No.795/2024 disposed on 25.01.2024 and in the case of Shantreddy Vs. The State of Karnataka and Others in WP.No.202928/2023 c/w WP.No.203032/2023 disposed on 21.12.2023, I am of the view that, no interference is called for, in this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed Sd/-
