Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing three Endorsements dated 22.08.2017 issued by the respondent No.

3 as per Annexures-D to F respectively.

3. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record as the reasons for refusal of the registration are that the executants of the deed are not present before the Executing Authority, I am of the view that, an opportunity be extended to the petitioner to appear before respondent No.3 and as such the impugned Endorsements at Annexure-D to F dated 22.08.2017 are hereby quashed and respondent No.3 is directed to register the documents upon the appearance of the parties in accordance with law.

With this observation, writ petition is disposed of SD/-
