1. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed statement of objections.
2. The same is taken on record.
3. Petitioners in all the above matters are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs
"1) Stay further operation and implementation of the impugned Government Order bearing No.Aa.Ku.Ka.173 PTD 2025 dated 14.05.2025 at Annexure-A.
2) Stay further operation and implementation of the impugned closure notice bearing No.Ke.Si.Ji.Aa/Abi/18/2023-24 dated 06.11.2025 at Annexure-M.
3) Direct the Respondents to not to take any coercive action including closure, sealing or eviction against the Petitioner's Jan Aushadhi Kendra pending disposal of this petition;
4) Direct the Respondents to maintain status quo as existing on 14.05.2025 regarding the operation of Jan Aushadhi Kendras in government hospital premises in Karnataka, in the interest of justice and equity;
5) Direct the Respondent No.4 to not interfere with the petitioner running the Jan Aushadi Kendra within the premises of KC General Hospital, Mahheshwaram, Bengaluru Urban District.
6) Direct the Respondent No.5 to grant renewal of the Drug License of the Petitioner's Jan Aushadhi Kendra in terms of the applicable
