ORAL ORDER

The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following prayers:

“THEREFORE, the Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may please to kindly issue:

a. Writ of Certiorari to Quash the:

(i) The letter dated 15.11.2021 (ANNEXURE J)

issued by Respondent No.5 bearing number LAQ (6)/SR/4/2002-03;

(ii) The letter dated 25.11.2021 (ANNEXURE K)

issued by Respondent No.7 bearing number LAQ/CR/86/2007-08;

(iii) The Order dared 29.11.2021 (ANNEXURE L)

issued by Respondent No.6 bearing number LND/CR/353/2021-22;

(iv) The letter dated 02.12.2021 (ANNEXURE M)

issued by Respondent No.6 bearing number LAQ CRMS HAHUMT (V) KRUMS(BNG)/1319/2021-

22;

(v) The letter dated 03.12.2021 (ANNEXURE N)

issued by Respondent No.9 bearing number L&D/CR/353/2021-22;

(vi) The letter dated 17.12.2021 (ANNEXURE P)

issued by Respondent No.6 bearing number LAQ CRMS HAHUMT (V) KRUMS(BNG)/1422/2021-

22; and (vii) The Mutation Order bearing number MR NO.T58/2021-2022 dated 25.05.2022 (ANNEXURE Q) and consequently quash the e- katha entry bearing number IMR1111FAB54327F33FF.

b. To declare that the Proceedings mentioned in Prayer A (ANNEXURE J-Q) are contrary to the Interim order granted by this court dated 20.09.2021 (ANNEXURE G) passed in this court WP: 25329/2017 and connected petitions and further declare that the Mutation Order bearing number MR NO. T58/2021- 2022 dated 25.04.2022 (ANNEXURE Q) proceedings are Nullity and not binding on the Petitioners;

C. Initiate Contempt Proceedings against Respondent No.5 to 9 for violating the interim order dated 20.09.2021 in W.P.No.25329/2017 (ANNEXURE G) by exercising the Suo Moto powers under Art 215 of the Constitution and pass any appropriate order as deemed prepared by the court;

and d. Or pass any order and direction that is deemed fit in the circumstances in the interest of ju
