Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently this Criminal revision petition is filed against the judgment and order of acquittal passed in Crl.A.No.157/2025 by the Court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru dated 16.09.2025, instead of filing a criminal appeal as provided under Section 419(4) of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 378(4) of Cr.PC. He has filed a memo with a prayer to permit the petitioner to appeal.

2. The submission and memo is taken on record.

3. The petitioner is permitted to convert this under Section 419(4) of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 378(4) of Cr.PC. For statistical purpose, this Criminal revision petition stands disposed of.
