ORAL ORDER

The petitioner - accused No.5 is before this Court calling in question the registration of a crime in Crime No.84/2025 for offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 319, 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(1), 340(2), 61(1) read with Section

190 of the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Heard Sri. Manjunath G. Kandekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. K. Nageshwarappa, learned HCGP appearing for respondetn No.1 and have perused the material on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation have filed a 'B' report only insofar as accused No.5 is concerned and charge sheet against the other accused.

4. In that light, the subject petition in the form that it is presented would be unnecessary to be considered.

5. Leaving open the remedy available to the petitioner in the event of need, the petition stands disposed.
