The petitioner is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 397 R/W Section 401 of Cr.P.C, with a prayer to set aside the order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Special Case (P)No.52 of 2023 by the Court of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-FTSC-I, Chikkamagaluru, wherein the discharge application filed by the petitioner was rejected by the Trial Court.

2. Learned HCGP on instruction submits that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charge sheeted offences in Special Case(P) No.52 of 2023 and therefore this petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. The said submission is placed on record. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
