ORAL JUDGMENT
These two appeals have been filed by the appellants / defendant Nos.2 to 4, impugning the judgment and decree dated 01.07.2015 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge & J.M.F.C., Devanahalli, in O.S.No.1092/2007 instituted by the respondent Nos.2 to 4 / plaintiffs.
3. The parties have settled the dispute amicably before this Court and have entered into terms of compromise which has been signed by the appellants and the respondent Nos.2 to 4. Respondent No.1, since deceased, is represented by her legal heirs - respondent Nos.2 to 4.
“COMPROMISE PETITION UNDER ORDER XXII RULE 3 OF THE Code of Civil Procedure :
01. It is submitted that, at the intervention of well wishers, elders, relatives and family friends, the appellants and the respondents have settled the matter amicably; so as to put an end for further litigation and terms of the Compromise petition are clearly set down as hereunder.
