ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 10. They stand at the doors of this Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.13849/2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A , 323, 494, 417, 504, 506, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC ' for short) and Sections 3 and 4 of the DOWRY PROHIBITION ACT , 1961.
