THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS 1 AND 2 TO TAKE IMMEDIATE FORTHWITH STEPS TO PERMIT THE PETITIONER TO PAY EXAMINATION FEES AND PERMIT HER TO WRITE THE 1ST YEAR B.COM 1ST SEMESTER EXAMINATION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24, WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON 08TH FEBRUARY, 2024, AS PER THE TIME TABLE PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-E IN THE RESPONDENT NO.2-COLLEGE, WHICH IS COMMENCING FROM 08TH FEBRUARY, 2024 TO 21ST MARCH, 2024; AND ETC.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

ORAL ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition reads as under:
"a. Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 and 2 to take immediate forthwith steps to permit the petitioner to pay examination fees and permit her to write the I-Year B.Com I-Semester Examination for the academic year 2023-24, which is schedule to be held on 8/2/2024, as per the time table produced at Annexure-E, in the Respondent No.2 College, which is commencing from 8/2/2024 to 21/3/2024;
b. Issue such other order or direction as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity."
2. Heard Sri. Somashekharaiah R.P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Padmaraj Desai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the interim order dated 06th February, 2024 passed by this Court, there is no dispute that the petitioner had appeared for 1st year, 1st Semester B.Com Examination for the Academic Year 2023-24 held from 08th February, 2024. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
