1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent - University to consider her representations dated 20.07.2017 and 11.10.2023 (Annexures- D & E) with regard to issuance of marks card pertaining to I and II Semester M.Sc.(IT) Course.

3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Registrar (Evaluation), Karnataka State Open University, Mysuru is directed to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner at the earliest, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
