ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:

“a) Issue a writ of certiorari or a writ / direction of any other nature quashing / setting aside the 'Committee Report'issued by Respondent Nos.1 to 3 vide Annexure R;

b) Issue a writ of mandamus or a writ / direction of any other nature directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to issue a fresh genunity report after tallying the marks card of the petitioners with the C-forms, while considering the Approval issued at Annexure S and their representations at Annexure M, M1 to M4, dated 24, 28.02.2025 and 13.03.2025 Annexure N, N1 to N4, dated 19.02.2025 and the A-report filed by CID (NOC) Vide Annexure K;

c) Issue writ of mandamus or a writ / direction of any other nature directing the respondent No.1 to 3 send genunity report along with the marks cards and C form of the petitioners to office of the respondent Nos.6 to 4 as consider earlier by the said office in respect of others similarly situated employees immediately as per enquiry report submitted by the retired District
