I. Preface:

1. These appeals are directed against the common Judgment and Decree dated 16-02-2016 passed by the XII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, in O.S.No.7372/2010 and O.S.No.7371/2011, whereby the suit filed by the respondent No.1/plaintiff in O.S.No.7372/2010 for declaration of title, possession and cancellation of Gift Deeds was decreed against the appellants/defendants and the suit filed by the appellants in O.S.No.7371/2010 seeking declaration of title by adverse possession against the respondent No.1/plaintiff was dismissed.
