ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"a) Issue any appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus to respondent to consider the I.A. filed by petitioner seeking stay of his suspension, as per Annexure-H filed in Dispute in no.sani-30-/Section 70/Dispute- 02/2025-26 and to dispose of the dispute on merits at the earliest.
b) Issue such other writ/order/direction as deemed fit, with costs, in the interest of justice."
2. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, having regard to the undisputed fact that the application for stay filed by the petitioner before the respondent is pending consideration, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid proceedings within a period of one week from
27.03.2026.
Subject to the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
