ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL)
1. This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.4400/2023.
The relevant portion of the order reads as under;
"Learned AGA on request having accepted notice for respondent No.1 and Sri. Basavaraj learned panel advocate on request appearing for respondent Nos.2&3 although initially opposed the petition contending that in the absence of a Justiciable right, writ petition is not maintainable. Learned panel counsel having so contended agrees now to instruct his clients to look into the grievance of petitioner has been aired in the subject representations in accordance with law and in a time bound manner.
This is fairly appreciable.
In the above circumstances the writ petition stands disposed off. Time for compliance is three months.
All contentions are kept open."
2. Learned counsel for the accused has filed compliance affidavit indicating that the representation of the complainant is considered and allotment letter dated 06.11.2023 is issued for marginal land and requested the complainant to pay the amount as demanded.
3. In view of the affidavit and allotment letter, there is compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. The contempt proceedings are dropped
4. Notice issued to the accused shall stand discharged.
