ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.3, the Syndicate of the University of Mysore, to take a decision on the complaint of the petitioner as taken note in the Syndicate Meeting held on 26.11.2021 vide Annexure-C, regarding the malpractices and violations of University regulations in the Master of Arts, Sanskrit Programme (2015-2017) and communicate the decision to the petitioner in a time bound manner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has filed a memo along with a copy of communication dated 08.04.2024 issued by the Registrar Evaluation to the petitioner communicating the decision taken by the syndicate in its meeting held on 13.03.2024 regarding the enquiry committee report dated 22.11.2021 submitted by the committee in respect of the complaints submitted by the petitioner against Ms. K.S. Pavithra and Mr. Shivasharan Siddaramaiah Shekh.
3. A copy of the communication is enclosed along with the memo and the same is taken on record. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
i. The writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous ii. A liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 08.04.2024, if so desired.
iii. Pending IA/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
