2. Learned counsel for the respondents submit

that, the petitioner has only 6% attendance. Hence, the

petitioner is not eligible to take examination commencing

from 20.01.2026 to 02.02.2026.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has not attended the

classes to obtain 70% attendance. Hence, the respondents

have rightly declined to allow the petitioner to write the 7th

semester examination. Hence, I do not find any grounds to

entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is

dismissed

4. The Registry is directed to return the

originals/certified copies of the documents, if any, to the

petitioner after retaining the photocopies of the same.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.
