2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3. Perused the material available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is the non-consideration of her representation dated 16.08.2021, submitted to the respondent, seeking entry of her name in the Grama Panchayath records pursuant to the allotment of Plot No.113, situated at Desur–Nittur, Khanapur Taluka, as per the allotment letter dated

01.08.1988 (Annexure-B).

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the allotment having been made as early as in the year 1988, and the representation having been submitted on 16.08.2021, the same has remained unattended for an inordinate length of time, compelling the petitioner to approach this Court.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the representation would be considered in accordance with law within a time-bound manner.

7. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the allotment made in favour of the petitioner vide allotment letter dated 01.08.1988 and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent that the representation would be considered in accordance with law, this Court of the view that ends of justice would be met by issuing appropriates direction.

8. Accordingly, this Court passed the following:

ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of.

ii. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 16.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, relating to the entry of the name of the petitioner in the Grama Panchayath records pursuant to the allotment letter dated 01.08.1988, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
