2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the Auction Notice dated 15th March, 2026 (Annexure-K) issued by the respondent No.3 published in newspaper and Auction Notice dated 27th February, 2026 (Annexure-L) issued by the

respondent No.3.

3. Heard Sri. Rakesh B. Bhatt, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Yogesh D. Naik, learned

4. Having taken note of the submission made by

learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the Auction Notice has been issued pursuant to the award passed by the competent authority and the said award has not been challenged by the petitioner before the competent authority, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in this petition. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by challenging the award,

writ petition is dismissed.
