In W.P.No.9269/2026, the petitioner is before the Court
seeking the following prayers:
"a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the summons bearing No.PMLA/SUMMON/BGZO/2026/4424 vide ANNEXURE-A issued by the Respondent under
Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act;
b) Declare that the initiation of proceedings against the petitioner under Section 50 of the PMLA without disclosing the ECIR details or material particulars
is arbitrary and illegal;
c) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice and equity."
2. In W.P.No.9090/2026, the petitioner is before the
Court seeking the following prayers:

3. Heard Sri.Ranganath Reddy R, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioners, Smt.Anuparna Bordoloi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and have perused the
material on record.
4. In W.P.No.9090/2026, this Court in terms of an
order dated 24.03.2026 had directed the respondent not to
precipitate the matter.
