THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE IMPUGNED COMMUNICATION ISSUED BY RESPONDENT NO.2 DECLINING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES i.e., ANNEXURE-A; DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS TO ISSUE DEGREE / CONVOCATION CERTIFICATE, BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE AND FULL MARKS CERTIFICATE IN FAVOUR OF THE PETITIONER WITHIN A TIME BOUND PERIOD.

ORAL ORDER

1. Sri. Rajendra Kumar Sungay, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri. H.R. Showri, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent No.3.

2. Heard the Learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. The prayer made by the petitioner herein is, that the respondent- University be directed to issue Degree/Convocation Certificate and all Marks Cards of the petitioner within a time frame. The petitioner herein is also assailing the e-mail dated 10.04.2026 addressed by the respondent-University, to the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the averments made in the Writ Petition, I am of the view that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 be directed to consider the case of the petitioner as to issuance of the Degree/Convocation Certificate and all other particulars including the Full Marks Certificate of the petitioner, in terms of the Orders of this Court in W.P.No.8193/2024 disposed of on 24.04.2024;in W.P.No.2795/2022 disposed of on 02.08.2022; and in W.P.No.11399/2024 disposed of on 20.06.2024, at the earliest, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Sri. Rajendra Kumar Sungay, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri. H.R. Showri, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 are permitted to file memo of appearance, within a period of three weeks.
