ORAL ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of a particular bail condition, which directs surrender of the passport.

2. Learned counsel, Nishanth A.V. appearing for the petitioner submits that the passport has since expired and it has to be renewed.

3. In that light, for the purpose of the renewal of the passport, the bail condition stands relaxed.

4. The petitioner is permitted to apply for the renewal of the passport, which would be considered by the passport authorities, in accordance with law and the learned counsel further undertakes that once the passport is renewed, he would surrender the same, as is directed by the concerned Court. Therefore, this is a temporary reprieve as directed.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
