The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 14th October, 2025 (Annexure-R) by the respondent No.4-Tahsildar.
2. Heard Sri. Narasimha Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14th October, 2025 (Annexure-R) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
