2. In this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 02.04.2024 (Annexures-C to G).

Having taken note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as to the averments made in the aforementioned representation, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and within an outer time limit of two months from receipt of copy of this order.
