Learned counsel for the petitioner files a Memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition.

The Memo reads as follows:

“The undersigned Counsel herein for the Petitioner submits that during the subsistence of the foresaid Criminal Petition, the Respondent that is the police have concluded investigation and filed charge sheet.

In the light of the above circumstances, the Counsel prays this Hon'ble Court to permit to withdrawn the present Petition and with the liberty to challenge the charge sheet in the ends of Justice. Hence, this memo seeking dismissal of the aforementioned Criminal Petition as WITHDRAWN in the ends of Justice.”

In view of the Memo filed, petition is disposed as withdrawn.

Consequently, I.A.No.1 of 2025 also stands disposed.
