ORAL ORDER

1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned memorandum bearing No.020/1.5/158/Misc./2025/DLS 11.04.2025 issued to the Petitioner by the 2nd Respondent at Annexure 'J' to the Writ Petition, by allowing this Writ Petition;

b. Grant costs; and

c. Such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity.

2. A memo for withdrawal dated 14.01.2026 has been filed signed by the petitioner and the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:

"The Petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed to challenging the impugned memorandum dated 14.03.2025 issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent at Annexure-J to the writ petition. The petitioner is no more a member of the Board of the Space Employees' Housing Co operative Society Ltd. Hence, the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. The present memo may be taken on record, in the interest of justice and equity."

3. Accepting the said memo and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
