THIS WP IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION DATED 14.08.23, WHICH IS PRODUCED AND MARKED AS ANNX-E AND FURTHER BE PLEASE TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO PAY HIGHER PENSION TO THE PETITIONER.

ORAL ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation vide Annexure-E dated 14.08.2023, wherein the petitioner has prayed for higher pension. Respondent No.2 has not considered the representation and passed any order. Hence, this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the representation vide Annexure-E and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-E and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed off accordingly.
