This petition is filed for quashing of entire proceedings in CC.no.50368/2018 in Crime no.271/2014 registered by Shivajinagar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471, 420, 120B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') stated to be pending on file of 43rd ACMM, Bangalore.
2. There is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. Perusal of order sheet indicates that there is no interim order granted.
