Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:

"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL

The petitioner above named respectfully submits as follows:

1. The Petitioner has filed the present Criminal Petition, inter alia, seeking appropriate reliefs in respect of Crime No.08/2026 registered by the Karnataka Lokayuktha Police, Bengaluru City Division - 02.

2. Subsequent to the filing of the present petition, certain additional facts and grounds have arisen and require to be placed before this Hon'ble Court.

Wherefore, the Petitioner humbly seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in respect of crime No.08/2026, incorporating such additional facts and grounds."

In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
