2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to consider the representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure-E), which has not been done till date.

3. Taking into consideration the averments made in the representation, which would indicate that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioner, and as such, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the aforementioned representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure-E), in accordance with law, after verifying the original records and take decision in the matter within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
