THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO ISSUE A WRIT OF CERTIORARI OR ANY OTHER WRIT OR ORDER QUASHING THE PROCEEDINGS IN EX.NO.48/2018 PENDING ON THE FILE OF THE KARNATAKA STATE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, BASAVA BHAVAN, BASAVESHWARA CIRCLE, HIGH GROUNDS, BENGALURU - 560 001, ANNEXURE-E AND ETC., THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)

In pursuance of interim order dated 24.02.2025, the appellant has deposited Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in the Registry. The amount along with accrued interest if any, be transferred to the Karnataka State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission at Bengaluru in E.P.No.48/2018.

2. We therefore, grant one month time to the appellant to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) as directed by the National Commission i.e., on or before 05.09.2026.

3. Subject to making deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- further, the E.P.No.48/2018 shall remain stayed till the final order is passed by the National Commission.

4. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of
