The petitioner in B.A.No.9397/2023 is the 2nd accused in crime No.35/2023 of Mukkom Police Station, Kozhikode, petitioner in B.A.No.9401/2023 is the 2nd accused in crime No.35/2023 of Valayam Police Station, Kozhikode, petitioner in B.A.No.9405/2023 is the 3rd accused in crime No.34/2023 of Pantheerankavu Police Station, Kozhikode, petitioner in B.A.No.9407/2023 is the 3rd accused in crime No.77/2023 of Kakkur Police Station, Kozhikode, and the petitioner in B.A.No.9409/2023 is the 7th accused in crime No.5/2023 of Edacherry Police Station, Kozhikode. All the above crimes are registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 , 420 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 r/w 21, 5 r/w. 23 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act 2019 (BUDS Act).

3. The prosecution case in B.A.No.9397/2023 is that the accused dishonestly induced the complainant to deposit Rs.15,00,000/- in the financial establishment of the accused by the name 'Kannur Urban Nidhi Limited', by offering permanent employment to the complainant in the establishment of the accused and cheate
