Dated this the 1st day of December 2020 Applications for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
The applicant is the accused in the aforesaid Crimes for which the bail applications are filed. The offences alleged in those crimes are under Sections 406 and 420 r/w Section 34 of IPC .
2. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the applicant was the General Manager of the Kerala Housing Finance Limited and the company had allegedly induced several persons to invest money and that they were neither returned the money nor were they given any interest.
3. It is stated that the company has about 28 branches. The applicant is at Thiruvananthapuram branch and looking after the affairs of the company. The applicant being in a very senior position of the company, which is involved in allegedly misappropriating crores of rupees belonging to gullible persons, the applicant is definitely not entitled to anticipatory bail.
