The petitioner herein has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:
a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction for directing the respondents to give salary of suspension period and service benefits and pension as correct to the petitioner immediately.
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for directing the respondents to pay compensatory amount for unnecessary harassing of petitioner.
c) Issue a writ or any other appropriate order to the respondents or directions for directing the respondents to pay necessary interest on salary arrears and service benefit arrears for a very long delay of distribution of this amount to the petitioner.
d) Issue a writ or any other appropriate directions to quash unjustifiable suspension of petitioner by AEO and manager.
2. This writ petition is filed by the party herself. To understand her grievances, bare minimum facts are required to be stated.
a) The petitioner, Smt.T.Sumathy, used to work as Headmistress of the Elayadam B.V.L.P School. Alleging certain misdemeanors and misconducts, the Manager initiated disciplinary action against her. She was suspended from
