ORDER
The first petitioner who is the clerk in the Sub Transport Office, Tirur and A7 who is a clerk in the Sub Transport Office, Thirurangadi involved in C.C..11 of 2020 on the files of the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Kozhikode in V.C.No.6 of 2015/NPL of VACB, Malappuram, aggrieved by the dismissal of their discharge application filed as C.M.P.No.176 of 2021, has approached this Court.
2. The prosecution allegation is that, on 23.08.2014, a surprise check was conducted in the office of the Sub Transport Office, Tirur. Several non laminated driving licenses, blank RC registration certificates, driving licenses, permit, insurance certificate and two security holograms were seized from the possession of accused Nos.5 and 6 who were stated to be motor vehicle agents. Register containing secret codes and names of various motor driving schools and individuals were also seen kept in the office. It was also recovered.
