These appeals arise out of matrimonial issues between the parties in O.P. No. 1534/2012, of the Family Court Thrissur. O. P. No. 1534/2012 was filed by the husband as petitioner seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion. O.P. No. 1378/2012 was filed by the wife and minor child as petitioners seeking return of gold ornaments and past maintenance. MC No. 359/2013 has been filed by the wife and minor child seeking future maintenance. The Family Court, while denying divorce and the claim for return of gold ornaments allowed the claim for past and future maintenance.

2. Mat. Appeal No.58/2016, has been filed by the wife and minor child challenging the order in O.P. No.1378/2012. Mat. Appeal No.1062/2015 has been filed by the husband challenging the very same order to the extent of decree passed in the case. Mat. Appeal No.1061/2015 has been filed by the husband challenging the order in O.P. No. 1534/2012 by which his claim for divorce had been denied.
