J U D G M E N T

The original petition is filed to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal-2, Ernakulam(Tribunal), to issue the certified copy of the final order dated 07.07.2023 in S.A.No.530/2022, expeditiously.

2. The petitioners’ case is that they are the applicants in S.A.No.530/2022 on the file of the Tribunal. The Tribunal, by its order dated 07.07.2023, has dismissed the Securitization Application. The petitioners propose to challenge the impugned order before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal(Appellate Tribunal), Chennai. But, the petitioners have not received the certified copy of the final order. In the meantime, the respondents are threatening to take possession of the secured asset, which would cause prejudice to the petitioners.
