The respondent in O.P.No.2214 of 2016 of the Family Court, Ernakulam has filed this Original Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. She seeks to set aside Exts.P7, P8 and P9 orders dated 14.10.2022 of the Family Court.

2. Pursuant to notice, the respondent entered appearance.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. O.P.No.2214 of 2016 was filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Ernakulam seeking a decree of dissolution of his marriage with the petitioner, which was solemnised on 19.04.2000, on the ground of cruelty. Ext.P1 is a copy of the said original petition. Ext.P1(a) is the objection filed by the petitioner herein. She has filed O.P.No.2255 of 2015 before the Family Court, Ernakulam for a declaration that she is the owner of the property described as item No.1 in A-Schedule, to return of gold ornaments and ancillary reliefs. Ext.P2 is a copy of the said original petition. She had also filed M.C.No.242 of 2017 claiming maintenance from the petitioner.
